Scacciadiavoli UMBRIA ROSSO is principally Sangiovese with a small percentage of Merlot. It has a deep red color and aromas of fresh, ripe fruit. Aged in steel tanks and several months in the bottle, its aromas are maintained in part by not having aged in wood. The bottle can be enjoyed quite young.
